CBS RADIO St. Louis’ News/Talk station KMOX 1120 AM was awarded three first-place awards from the Missouri Broadcasting Association this past weekend. Awards include recognition for Complete Newscast, Breaking News for the coverage of the shooting of St. Louis County Police Officer Blake Snyder and “The Deadly Dish,” a five part News Series that explores the evergrowing
number of those impacted by food allergies in the United States.
KMOX Program Director, Steve Moore, said, “This is a tremendous recognition of the work and dedication that each member of the news team puts into keeping our listeners informed.”
The Missouri Broadcasters Association promotes the success and prosperity of Missouri’s Broadcasters.
The organization was established in 1948 and works to ensure that the best interests of broadcasters are well represented before the appropriate state and federal legal, legislative, and regulatory bodies.
CBS RADIO also owns and operates 102.5 KEZK-FM and Y98 (KYKY-FM) in St. Louis.
