Sumner Redstone To Give Deposition In Gal-Pal Suits

Sumner Redstone appears willing to be deposed by lawyers for the two ex-girlfriends he accused of fleecing him out of $150 million, the mogul’s lawyer told The NYPost on Monday.

“We will be working with counsel for Ms. [Manuela] Herzer and Ms. [Sydney] Holland to set a date for Mr. Redstone’s deposition and attempt to agree upon an appropriate deposition protocol,” Robert N. Klieger said.

Holland has asked to question the Viacom founder on Election Day, Nov. 8.

Redstone, 93, accused the two women of elder-abuse and is seeking to claw back all that the two allegedly defrauded him out of.

Both Herzer and Holland claim that the gifts they received from Redstone — including real estate, jewelry, clothes and cash — were made with his full knowledge and blessing.

Redstone’s former ladyloves accuse his daughter, Shari, of masterminding the clawback attempt.

The two hope to have Redstone grilled at his posh $20 million Beverly Hills estate for seven hours, as per California law.
