The Country Radio Hall of Fame Class of 2026 was announced Wednesday during CRS Honors at Country Radio Seminar 2026 in Nashville, recognizing seven industry leaders and on-air personalities for their long-standing contributions to country radio.
This year’s inductees include on-air personalities Chris Carr, Michael J and Rick Jackson, along with radio executives Marci Braun, Phil Hunt, Bruce Logan and John Marks.
The induction ceremony and dinner are scheduled for August 3 at the Virgin Hotel Nashville.
The Hall of Fame honors individuals with at least 20 years of radio industry experience, including 15 years in the country format, recognizing both on-air talent and behind-the-scenes leadership.
Among the honorees, Carr has spent nearly three decades in country radio, primarily in Minneapolis, earning multiple CMA and ACM Personality of the Year awards while helping raise more than $25 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Michael J built a career across Baltimore and Washington, D.C., while supporting major charitable causes including St. Jude, the American Cancer Society and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Jackson’s 50-year career spans on-air, programming and executive roles, including launching stations and hosting a long-running syndicated show. On the executive side, Braun has led major country stations in Chicago and Minneapolis while overseeing significant fundraising efforts for St. Jude. Hunt’s career includes programming, corporate leadership and consulting for top stations nationwide.
Logan has spent more than three decades driving ratings growth and programming success across multiple markets, while Marks has held leadership roles across terrestrial radio, satellite platforms like SiriusXM and streaming services including Spotify, shaping country music programming on a global scale.
The Class of 2026 was revealed by prior inductees Mike Moore and Trish Biondo during the annual industry gathering.
