Bramowski Named Controller At Entercom Communications

Entercom, a leading media and entertainment company and the #1 creator of live, original, local audio content in the United States, today announced that Elizabeth Bramowski has been named Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, effective September 24. Bramowski will oversee corporate accounting functions including regulatory reporting, accounting policy and corporate tax.

Her background in public accounting, including her extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting make her  perfect fit.”

Bramowski joined Entercom in June 2018 as Vice President of Business Operations, where she led yhe Company’s post-merger finance and accounting transformation activities. Prior to joining Entercom, she spent over 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), one of the world’s largest professional services firm, where she served as a senior manager in the Assurance Practice. In that role, she oversaw global audits for several multinational public and private clients in the media and entertainment, consumer markets, industrial products and utility sectors. In addition, Bramowski served as an SEC reporting expert in PwC’s national office for two years.

Bramowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from La Salle University and is a certified public accountant.
