Entercom Announces New Benefits For Employees

Entercom Communications Corp. Monday announced three significant new additions to its employee benefit plan designed to further enhance the quality of life for its terrific teams.

Beginning in 2016, eligible Entercom employees will receive the following new benefits:
  • Personal Volunteering Time
  • A half-day off each quarter to volunteer for a non-profit organization of their choosing.
  • Discounted Stock Purchase Program Entercom employees will be able to purchase Entercom stock at a 15% discount through a payroll deduction plan.
  • Student Loan Reimbursement Program. $1,000 per calendar year to reduce outstanding student loans for employees who have graduated within the past eight years.
These new benefits will be added to Entercom’s existing comprehensive benefits program, as well as other incentives including annual trips to exclusive resorts for top performing sales executives.
