Memphis Radio: N/T WKIM Adds Forrest Goodman To AM Drive

Cumulus has announced that it has signed iconic Memphis radio personality Forrest Goodman as morning show host of N/T WKIM 989.9 FM in Memphis. He is joined by Steve Butler weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Central.

Goodman, a Memphis native, is a brand name in Memphis radio and sports. He has been a force in Memphis news talk radio for eight years, serving in roles from morning show host to program director and everything in between. He continues in his 16th season as part of the Memphis Tigers football and basketball broadcasts.

Randall Bloomquist, Corporate Program Director, News Talk for Cumulus said: “Forrest Goodman is a gifted broadcaster and a fixture on the Memphis radio and sports scenes. Adding him to the Newstalk 98.9 roster is a real coup and bolsters the station’s position as the voice of Memphis.”
