Stephens Media Group has signed an agreement to purchase fourteen radio stations in Yakima and Tri Cities, Washington from Ingstad Radio, Washington, LLC.

The Tri-Cities Cluster consists of: CHR KUJ Power 99.1 FM, Classic Rock KEGX Eagle 106.5 FM, Country KIOK 94.9 FM, Classic Hits KALE Bog 106.1 FM, ESPN KJOX 13.40 AM and HotAC KKSR 95.7 MoreFM
The Yakima Cluster includes: Country KXDD 104.1 FM, RhythmicCHR KHHK 99.7 FM, Classic Hits KARY 100.9 CherryFM, Classic Rock KRSE 105.7 FM The Hawk, Sports KBBO 1390 AM The Fan (and 99.7 HD3), ESPN Deportes KTCR 980 AM, Big 106.1 FM (KHHK HD2, Alternative 106.9 FM (KHHK-HD3)
Stephens Media Group began operating the stations via an LMA on April 1st.
The acquisition of these properties will give Stephens Media Group forty-one stations over eight markets in Oklahoma, New York, and Washington.
