FOX Sports Radio has launched on 1370 AM in Baltimore, bringing a nationally syndicated sports-talk lineup to WQLL-AM and giving the market another around-the-clock sports option.
WCBM Maryland Inc. flipped the Pikesville-licensed station to “FOX Sports 1370 AM” this week, replacing iHeartMedia’s Black Information Network after a five-year run.
The weekday schedule now features “Two Pros and a Cup of Joe” with LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn and Jonas Knox from 6 to 9 a.m., followed by “The Dan Patrick Show” until noon, “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” until 3 p.m., “Stugotz & Company LIVE” from 3 to 5 p.m., and “Covino & Rich” from 5 to 7 p.m. VSiN sports-betting programming fills nights, overnights and weekends.
Additional weeknight and weekend details have not yet been announced, and the station has no local shows at launch.
“Sports are woven into the fabric of Baltimore, and we’re excited to bring some of the biggest voices in sports broadcasting to our listeners,” Market Manager Andy Grimshaw said. “From the biggest stories and games to expert analysis and the latest in sports betting, FOX Sports 1370 AM will give Baltimore sports fans something to follow around the clock.”
Baltimore already has several sports outlets, including Audacy’s 105.7 The Fan and 1300 The Bet, Hearst’s WBAL 1090 (which recently added afternoon sports talk), and independent WNST 1570. FOX Sports 1370 becomes the latest national-network presence in a crowded local sports-radio landscape that has long mixed Ravens, Orioles and college coverage with syndicated personalities.
📻The station is licensed to Pikesville and serves the Baltimore metropolitan area on 1370 kHz. Listeners can also stream the programming through typical radio apps. Station officials said more programming announcements are expected soon.
