SiriusXM and NBA Renew Multi-Year Broadcast Agreement

SiriusXM and the NBA announced a multi-year extension of their broadcasting partnership on October 21, 2025, ensuring fans across North America can access every NBA regular-season and playoff game via satellite radio and the SiriusXM app. The deal includes select WNBA games and the 24/7 SiriusXM NBA Radio channel, featuring expert analysis from former players and coaches.

The renewed agreement introduces simulcasts of popular NBA Radio programs like The Starting Lineup, Give and Go, and NBA Today on NBA TV and the NBA app, broadening their reach. Subscribers with the SiriusXM Premier Streaming Package can listen to all 1,230 regular-season games through 30 dedicated team channels, while the Essential Streaming Package provides access to the NBA Radio channel.

Satellite All Access subscribers continue to enjoy in-vehicle listening.

This extension builds on a relationship that began in 2011, with significant updates in 2021 that added streaming rights for every game. The deal reflects SiriusXM’s focus on delivering blackout-free sports audio and aligns with its broader sports offerings, including NFL, MLB, and NHL coverage. Fans benefit from on-demand access, making it ideal for mobile or at-home listening.

The partnership enhances fan engagement with high-quality audio available in vehicles or via the SiriusXM app (e.g., Channel 83 for NBA Radio). Non-subscribers can explore trial offers or free streaming tiers for limited access, while the ESPN+ bundle for select SiriusXM users further boosts value. This renewal solidifies SiriusXM’s role as a key NBA audio partner amid evolving media trends.
