On Saturday's episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan spotlighted a Minnesota election controversy, accusing Democrats of creating a pathway for noncitizens (including illegal immigrants) to vote illegally via state-issued driver's licenses.
Rogan framed this as deliberate "rigging" of elections, tying it to broader claims of Democrats importing migrants to swing states for demographic and electoral advantage. The segment, which went viral on X with over 7,000 likes and 2,000 reposts in hours, amplified a recent state hearing where elections officials admitted vulnerabilities in the system.
Joe Rogan also says Dems are rigging our congressional seats because illegals counted in the census:

Rogan's comments zeroed in on two 2023 Democratic-led laws under Gov. Tim Walz:
Driver's Licenses for All: Allows undocumented immigrants to obtain standard driver's licenses without proving citizenship. These IDs are visually identical to citizen-issued ones and can be used for voter ID at polls.
Automatic Voter Registration: Registers people to vote when they apply for or renew a driver's license through the Department of Public Safety (DPS), unless they opt out.
Critics, including Rogan, argue this combo enables noncitizens to slip into voter rolls.
During an October 2025 state hearing, Minnesota Director of Elections Paul Linnell testified that noncitizens with these licenses can register and vote by simply affirming eligibility under oath—without upfront citizenship checks. The ID verifies identity but not status, relying on post-election audits for fraud detection.
