Cumulus Media announces that it has re-signed morning radio personalities Brian Murphy and Paul McCaffrey, co-hosts of "The Murph and Mac Show" on KNBR 680 AM San Francisco.

“The Murph and Mac Show” currently airs weekdays on KNBR 680 from 5AM-9AM, but will move to its new weekday broadcast time of 6AM-10AM on April 25, 2016. The show celebrates 10 years entertaining Bay Area sports fans on KNBR 680 this year.

Lee Hammer, Operations Manager of KNBR, said: "I'm thrilled to be able to announce that Murph and Mac will continue their morning show on KNBR 680. Their show, which blends sports talk and the perfect balance of pop culture and musical references, is the "go-to" destination every morning for sports fans in the Bay Area."

Brian Murphy, Co-Host of “The Murph and Mac Show”, said: "We're super happy to keep doing what we love -- spending every morning talking Bay Area sports and having a couple of laughs with our family in the studio and our family of listeners, hopefully starting everyone's day right, including our own. 10 years in with an awesome partner like Paulie Mac and it's the most fun job a guy could ask for. Onward!"

“Murph”, a North Bay native and former sportswriter for the San Francisco Chronicle, covered every Bay Area sports team during his 15-year writing career and brings an almost encyclopedic memory of sports knowledge, trivia and Bay Area sports history to “The Murph and Mac Show”. He has authored six books, including three books on the 2010, 2012 and 2014 World Series champion Giants.
