R.I.P.: Free Bassist Andy Fraser Dies At 62

Bassist Andy Fraser, who co-wrote Free's hit All Right Now, has reportedly died in California aged 62.

The musician, who was a founder member of the British group, wrote most of the his material with the singer Paul Rodgers.

According to reports, he passed away on Monday morning. His cause of death has not been confirmed, but he'd been dealing with AIDS and cancer in recent years.

An official statement on classicrock.com reads: "Andrew McLan Fraser passed away on Monday at his home in California."
