CCM+E, Stardome Media Ink Revenue-Sharing Agreement

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment and Stardome Artist Development Group, (a division of Stardome Media Group) a major media and entertainment company focusing on the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American marketplaces, today announced a revenue-sharing agreement that will allow artists represented by Stardome to share in revenues from Clear Channel's broadcast radio stations and digital streams.

Stardome is the U.S. home to popular artists such as teenage rock/pop band Synderes and Latin Grammy Award-nominated Spanish-Mexican singer and songwriter Belinda, a global star whose albums have sold more than 12 million copies worldwide. And with more than two million albums sold in the U.S., Belinda is one of the best-selling female Mexican artists in this country.

Clear Channel's partnership with Stardome builds on the groundbreaking, totally aligned approach first pioneered by Big Machine Label Group and Clear Channel in June 2012.

Clear Channel has also reached similar market-based agreements with major music company Warmer Music Group and independent record company Glassnote Records. Additional agreements have included leading independent music companies including BBR Music Group imprints Broken Bow and Stoney Creek Records, eOne, Dualtone, DashGo, Black River Entertainment, rpm Entertainment, Robbins Entertainment, Naxos, Wind-up Records, Fearless Records, Zojak World Wide and Suburban Noize Records, as well as recording artists Fleetwood Mac.
