Robin Lundberg has lost a partner but gained a show.
According to the NY Daily News, Jared Max, who hosted WEPN 98.7 FM /ESPN’s
early morning show 4a to 6a, was dismissed by station suits Wednesday. They
decided not to renew his contract.
Lundberg, who was added as a second banana on Max’s “Maxed
Out,” ended up swallowing the entire show.
ESPN sources said Lundberg “will host solo for the time
being.”
“While I will greatly miss my listeners and friends who
regularly called the show, I hope that our relationship will remain intact
through my next venture,” Max, in a statement, said.
