DC Radio: News WAMU #1 6+, WTOP #2 25-54

For the sixth time in the last eight months American University’s N/T WAMU is #1 6+ in the Arbitron's August PPMs.

Non-Com WAMU 88.5 FM was steady at 7.6—7.6 Hubbard’s WTOP 103.5 FM was down a bit 7.2—7.0 for #2, but 25-54 WTOP was #2 in our Nation’s Capital.

CCM+E Top 40 WIHT HOT 99.5 FM placed #3 dropping 6.6—6.3.  Howard University’s Urban AC WHUR 96.3 FM was up 5.5—5.8 landing in the fourth spot. Radio One’s WMMJ Magic 102.3 FM was up a notch 5.6—5.7 good for #5.

18-34:  WIHT…WKYS..WPGC..WWDC…WMZQ

18-39:  WITH…WKYS..WASH..WHUR…WWDC
