Ms. Kramer is a media veteran who has been with Entercom since 2000, most recently serving as Station Group President. In this role, she spearheaded the company’s reinvention efforts, focusing on enhancing the company’s future growth and directly overseeing several of the company’s markets. Ms. Kramer is a member of Entercom’s Operating Committee and, since 2013, has served as chairperson.

In her 30-year media career, Ms. Kramer has held leadership and management roles, including several positions with CBS prior to joining Entercom. She is a past chair of the RAB Board of Directors and the first woman to chair the RAB Board. She currently serves on the RAB Executive Committee. In 2013, Ms. Kramer received the Frances Preston Trailblazer Award for Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio Group.
