CRS Open Nomination For Artist Humanitarian Award

Country Radio Seminar (CRS) is now accepting nominations for the 2026 CRB Artist Humanitarian Award ahead of its March 2026 event. This annual award honors a Country artist whose charitable efforts have made a significant impact on their supported causes.

Since its inception in 1990, the award has recognized artists such as Eric Church, Luke Combs, Kane Brown, Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Trace Adkins, Reba McEntire, Vince Gill, Garth Brooks, and Charlie Daniels, among others.

Nominations for the 2026 award are due by December 15, 2025, and should be emailed to RJ Curtis and Chasity Crouch. Submissions must be in PDF format, no longer than three pages, and detail the artist’s philanthropic work and its measurable impact.

CRS is also seeking nominations for the 2026 Tom Rivers Humanitarian Award, named after the late broadcaster Tom Rivers. This award honors a country radio professional who exemplifies Rivers’ 17-year legacy of community and industry service through generosity and dedication.

Additionally, applications for the Lisa McKay Women in Radio Scholarship are open through October 11, 2025. The scholarship supports aspiring female programming leaders in country radio.
