Denver Radio: iHM Promotes JoJo Turnbeaugh to RSVP/Programming

iHeartMedia announced today that JoJo Turnbeaugh has been named Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for Denver, effective immediately.

Turnbeaugh will oversee radio station brands spanning six markets, such as NewsRadio KOA 850 AM, Classic Rock KRFX 103.5 FM The Fox, Modern Rock KTLC Channel 93.3 FM and Rock KBCO 97.3 FM in Denver, as well as Springs KCYY Y96.9 FM and Top40 KYOO My 99.9 FM in Colorado Springs and Top40 KSME KISS 96.1 FM in Fort Collins – and broadcasts several legendary on-air talent including Dave Logan, Rick Lewis, Willie B and Bret Saunders.

“As a Denver native, JoJo has a great understanding of the legendary brands that encompass the Denver region and our greatest asset: the people who operate them,” said Tim Hager, President of iHeartMedia’s Denver Region. “A job of this scope comes with great responsibility and I know JoJo is the leader we need for this vital role.”

Turnbeaugh has more than 20 years of experience in radio and most recently worked as the Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Nevada/Central California Region. He also served as Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Las Vegas, a Program Director for 95.5 The Bull in Las Vegas, a Sports Talk personality for Front Range Sports Network, a Morning Personality for KYGO-FM and the Program Director and morning personality for Y96.9.
