Lady Gaga Can't Talk Trump during Super Bowl Halftime Show

Lady Gaga’s rules for her Super Bowl show are simple enough so far: no politics and keep your clothes on.

The “Joanne” singer has reportedly been told she’s not allowed to get political when she performs at NRG Stadium next month, reports The NY Daily News.

“Lady Gaga was told by the NFL that she cannot say anything or bring anything up about the election, or mention Donald Trump,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.

A rep for the NFL, however, told the gossip website that was "nonsense from people trying to stir up controversy where there is none."

The Super Bowl is a time when people really come together," the league said in a statement. "Lady Gaga is focused on putting together an amazing show for fans and we love working with her on it; we aren’t going to be distracted by this."

Gaga was an outspoken Hillary Clinton supporter leading up to the election.

She protested outside Trump Tower in the early morning of Nov. 9 after the election was called.
