JAX FL Radio: iHM Translator Drops Alternative For Spanish Tropical

iHeartMedia/Jacksonville FL announced Thursday the debut of the new Rumba, #1 Para Éxitos y Música Variada, broadcasted on both W295AM 106.9 FM and WQIK 99.1 FM HD2. The station will launch Friday at midnight with 10,000 commercial-free songs in a row.

Rumba will broadcast a variety of Spanish Tropical music, including songs from artists including Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, Nicky Jam, Victor Manuelle and others. Beginning January 23 the station will also feature popular programs including the top rated Enrique Santos Show on weekday mornings from 6 – 10 a.m. The full programming lineup will be announced at a later date.
