FL Radio: Flo Rida Visits WFKS Meat'n'Greet

The rapper Flo Rida stopped by the iHeartMedia's-owned WFKS 95.1 FM /Kiss95-1 in Melbourne on Tuesday night "to promote his new song 'GDFR' ('Goin' Down for Real') and give the listeners a chance to meet, hang out and take pictures with him," program director Kevin Campbell told Florida Today.

"GDFR" features Sage the Gemini and Lookas. It is the NBA All-Star Anthem. Gorilla Zoe accompanied Flo Rida to the radio station. Gorilla Zoe is signed with Flo Rida's label IMG (International Music Group).

About 20 to 30 super fans got a chance to partake in the "meat-n-greet," which included food by Sonny's BBQ in Viera.

Best known for his hits like "Whistle," "I Cry" and "Wild Ones," Flo Rida became a breakout star with "Low" in 2008.

"KISS has played Flo Rida since the very beginning so doing an event like this (with us) is also his way of thanking us for our support over the years," Campbell said.
