TN Radio: Longtime Personality Warren G. Medley Retires At 91

Longtime Dickson, TN  radio personality Warren G. Medley has retired from broadcasting after 50-plus years in the industry.

Medley, 91, broadcasted several radio programs on local station WDKN 1260 AM from 1956 until his recent retirement.

Medley hit local airwaves in 1956, hosting the “Saturday Sidelights” program, shortly after WDKN’s inception. He broadcasted the “Old Timers Program,” starting in 1958, “Know Your County,” “Friendly Neighbor Time” and many other shows over half a century.
