NBC Sports Radio will debut a new weekday lineup on Monday, February 8 – the day after Super Bowl 50 – highlighted by ProFootballTalk Live with Mike Florio moving into a new morning show timeslot, it was announced today by NBC Sports Group and Westwood One.
ProFootballTalk Live with Mike Florio, featuring Florio’s NFL insight, all-encompassing coverage of the country’s most-popular sport with the most current news and analysis, and thought-provoking debate, will air live each weekday from 6-9 a.m. ET, and will encore in West Coast drive time from 6-9 a.m. PT (9 a.m.-noon ET). In addition, the live final hour (8-9 a.m. ET) will be simulcast on NBCSN and streamed on NBC Sports Live Extra for the next three months, through the 2016 NFL Draft.
With that shift, Voices of the Game with Newy Scruggs moves into the midday slot (noon-3 p.m. ET) and will be followed by the Chris Mannix Show from 3-7 p.m. ET. Mannix’s show has been a weekend NBC Sports Radio staple since 2013.
In addition, Under Center with Mark Malone moves to a weekday evening timeslot (7-10 p.m. ET) and will be followed from 10 p.m.-1 a.m. ET by Going Deep with Amani Toomer and Dan Schwartzman. The new Scott Seidenberg Show makes its debut in the overnight window (1-3 a.m. ET). Jon Stashower moves to the morning show as the network’s lead update anchor (6-11 a.m. ET).
