ABC's "Good Morning America" had the most viewers last week. The program has won the count for 16 weeks in a row this season, and it ranks first for the fourth season in a row.
However, the Orlando Sentinel reports NBC's "Today" was first in the 25-to-54 age group. It has beaten "GMA" for 18 of the last 19 weeks in the count and stands at No. 1 this season in both the 25-to-54 and 18-to-49 age groups.
But "CBS This Morning," which ranks third, is setting auspicious figures of its own. The Charlie Rose-Norah O'Donnell-Gayle King program is bringing CBS its biggest audience in those hours in -- get this -- 22 years.
The figures for last week in total viewers: "GMA" with 5.095 million, "Today" with 4.805 million and "CBS This Morning" with 3.870 million.
CBS was up 8 percent from the comparable week last year while ABC was off 10 percent and NBC was down 6 percent.
In the 25-to-54 age group, "Today" averaged 1.881 million while "GMA" drew 1.743 million and "CBS This Morning" pulled in 1.191 million.
In that count, CBS was up 11 percent from the same week a year ago while ABC was off 17 percent and NBC was flat.
