Austin comes to Chicago this week from St. Louis. Since
April of last year, he served as the Regional Program Manager for Clear Channel
Media + Entertainment's stations in St. Louis, MO and Kansas, based out of St.
Louis. He also was the Program Director of KSLZ-FM there. This was the second
tour of duty in St. Louis for the veteran Clear Channel programmer.
He has been with the company for over 20 years. In addition to his time in St. Louis, he has previously worked as a programmer in Minneapolis, MN, Portland, OR, and appropriately enough, Austin, TX.
