Atlantic City Radio: Harry Hurley Extends At Talk WPGG

Harry Hurley
Townsquare Media has announced WPGG Talk host Harry Hurley has signed a multi-year contract extension to continue to host his long-running “Hurley in the Morning” program.

Hurley also serves as the senior programming consultant for WPGG 95.5 FM / 1450 AM.

Hurley, who has been with Townsquare Media since July of 1992, says, “I am pleased to have enjoyed such rare longevity with one company.  It’s a blessing that I have never taken for granted.  I love the people that I have the privilege to work with at all levels of the company for nearly three decades.  We are presently living history.  I appreciate the opportunity to continue to be a part of the vital spoken-word format in our country.”

Hurley presently serves as one of the rotating hosts for the FOX News Radio nationally syndicated radio show, “FOX Across America,” that airs from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm ET.

Hurkey was selected to the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia's Hall of Fame in 2013. Two years later, in 2015, he was elected to the New Jersey Broadcaster's Association Radio Broadcasting Hall of Fame. Harry is the only South Jersey broadcaster ever to be inducted into both Hall of Fames.

Talkers Magazine selected Harry as the National Humanitarian of the Year Award (2016) recipient for outstanding community service by a radio broadcaster.

Harry has been selected by the New Jersey Broadcasters Association as the first-ever recipient of “The Broadcaster of the Year” Award for 2019.
