According to a Medina Police incident report, Rizzo hit his wife, Catherine, in the face. She locked herself in a bathroom on the main floor of their home.
Rizzo was sentenced to 30 days in jail, however, 27 days were suspended and he received credit for 3 days served. – Therefore he won’t have to spend any time in jail. Rizzo was also ordered to two years probation and a fine of $250.
Rizzo co-hosts “The Really Big Show” on WKNR 850 AM ESPN. He also hosts “The Rizzo Show” on FOX 8.
