FOX Sports Radio (FSR), a division of Premiere Sports Network, today announced the latest addition to its industry-leading lineup. 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe with LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn and Jonas Knox will take over the network’s 6 to 9 a.m. ET weekday timeslot, effective immediately.
The new program featuring All-American football stars and first-round NFL Draft picks Arrington and Quinn and FSR veteran sports personality Knox will broadcast on more than 350 stations nationwide, in addition to FOX Sports Radio’s channel on iHeartRadio available via iHeartRadio.com and the iHeartRadio app.
“The FOX Sports Radio family was so proud when Clay Travis was chosen to team up with Buck Sexton to continue the tradition of excellence created by Rush Limbaugh,” said Don Martin, Senior Vice President of Sports Programming for Premiere Networks. “At FSR, we make a commitment to each of our affiliates to deliver the best national sports lineup in the country, 24/7. Clay’s departure left a hole in our roster, but today, we proudly continue that commitment as we serve up a breakfast of champions with the launch of ‘2 Pros and a Cup of Joe.’”
As hosts of 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Arrington – three-time Pro Bowl Linebacker and No. 2 overall draft pick, and Quinn – former Notre Dame Quarterback and first-round draft pick, join Knox to start the day with entertaining and thought-provoking conversation covering the biggest headlines.
The trio of personalities, who currently host several weekend programs on the network, have guest hosted FSR’s weekday morning timeslot since late May 2021.
“Bolstering what’s already the best national sports talk lineup, we are injecting fun, personality, credibility, strong doses of caffeine, and thought-provoking conversation into morning-drive,” said Scott Shapiro, Vice President of Programming for FOX Sports Radio. “After already getting rave reviews from the audience over the past couple months, we are fired up to have this dynamic trio start the day with a smile every morning!”
