Greenville SC Radio: Sheba Foxx Named News/CA Director At WJMZ

SummitMedia Greenville has announce today that Sheba Foxx has been named News & Community Affairs Director for SummitMedia Greenville’s cluster of radio stations, including heritage Urban AC station  WJMZ 107.3 JAMZ-FM.

Sheba replaces long-time News & Community Affairs Director Rhonda Rawlings, who held the position for eleven years and is now the South Carolina media representative for Corey Booker, Democratic Presidential Candidate.

Mike Klein, Operations Manager of SummitMedia Greenville, said, “Sheba has been part of WJMZ for over a decade and is the perfect advocate for our African American audience. She has always excelled at keeping the community informed on the air, connecting with listeners online and engaging them in person.”

Sheba Foxx said, “It is an honor to accept this responsibility, to be the one to amplify the voice of our African-American community. Our platform provides me the ability to address serious issues and share great accomplishments with my listeners.”
