Keegan reports to Traug Keller, senior vice president, ESPN business divisions, and is based at ESPN’s headquarters in Bristol, Conn.

“I’m so happy to welcome Marcia to the ESPN Audio team,” said Keller.  Her new perspective, strategic thinking and creativity strengthen an already formidable ESPN Audio talk programming lineup.”

Keegan added, “I am really excited about this opportunity to work with the ESPN Radio team. I have always enjoyed tackling new career challenges and as I dig in, learn about the business and the people, I look forward to leading ESPN Radio to ever stronger results.”

Keegan’s fingerprints can be found on many of ESPN and ESPN2’s daytime studio shows including His & Hers (2014 – 2016) and SportsNation. Keegan was instrumental in the development of First Take from a morning talk show into a debate show. She also played a pivotal role in evolving Mike & Mike into a compelling and entertaining audio and visual experience.

Keegan has held a variety of positions throughout her ESPN career. She first worked for ESPN from 1982-1986 in network operations, as a day of air coordinator and later as a network operations and traffic coordinator.
