Indy Radio: Veteran Chuck Williams New SVP-MM For Emmis

Radio industry veteran Chuck Williams has been named Senior Vice President/Market Manager of Emmis-Indianapolis, which includes AC WYXB B105.7 FM , N/T WIBC 93.1 FM, Country WLHK 97.1 HankFM, Sports WFNI 1070 AM / W298BB 107.5 FM The Fan as well as statewide news service Network Indiana.

With his deep knowledge of the Indianapolis radio market and the advertisers it serves, we expect him to jump right in and assist our talented team continue to grow and prosper.”

Williams has served the last 11 years as Radio One Indianapolis Market Manager, which includes WTLC AM, WTLC FM, WHHH FM and WNOW-FM as well as leadership of Telemundo Indianapolis. Prior to joining Radio One, he was a top sales executive and general manager of Bonneville-Chicago. He serves on the boards of the Center for Leadership Development, Indianapolis Urban League, and Kennedy King Memorial Initiative, and is the Past Chairman of Indiana Broadcasters Association.

Williams succeeds Charlie Morgan, who served as SVP/Emmis-Indianapolis Market Manager since 2009. He was named Interim Emmis-New York Market Manager in January 2016.
