Country Radio lost one of it's finest personalities on Sunday with the passing of Daniel J. Mullaly, best known as Country Dan Dixon from SiriusXM.
He was only in his mid-60's, but severe complications from multiple health issues took him much too soon.

What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful Man and a giant of radio! I worked with Dan for the better part of 9 years at XM Radio and he was nothing but a class act! When he lost his leg to diabetes he never complained. It wasn't long before he was walking around the building again. Dan was loved by his many fans! George Taylor Morris, Bobby Bennett, Country Dan Dixon! We loved them and they will forever be remembered as the Best of the Best in Radio!
