The NHL New York Island announced Monday that its games will be simulcast on three stations — WNYE 91.5 FM, WRHU 88.7 FM and WRCN 103.9 FM, all part of Barclays Center’s new New York Islanders Radio Network.
The newly relocated franchise having a three-headed radio approach was important, according to Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark.
“We are pleased to launch the Islanders Radio Network with WNYE, WRHU, and WRCN to broadcast Islanders games this season,” Yormark said. “The three-station tandem allows us to reach fans in Long Island, Brooklyn and Manhattan.”
