In April 2012, Danny Boi made reference to Ashley Patton as a "porn star" from the metro area. Patton, not an adult entertainer, was confused for a pornographic film performer with a similar name. Patton sued Entercom, the owner of 96.5 The Buzz, for false light invasion of privacy and negligent supervision .

On Friday, a jury awarded Patton a total of $1 million, a judgment Entercom agreed to pay soon and not appeal. On Sunday, Lisa Benson spoke with Afentra and Danny Boi.
