Triton Ranker: Mobile Listening Jumps 41 Percent

Triton Digital's  December 2013 rankings show Mobile listening increased 41% in December 2013 when compared to a year ago.

Overall, on-line listening was off 1% in December, based on Average Active Session for M-F 6a to 8pm.

According to Triton “the dramatic increases in mobile and in-car listening will only continue to skyrocket the tally, as we move forward.”

Pandora was flat from November, from 1,976,461 active sessions to 1,987,705. Compare that to a year ago – 1,757,310 for December 2012.
