NH Radio: Binnie Media Announces 2 Key Promotions

Binnie Media has named Dave Andreesen as Director of Programming and Operations for New-Talk-Sports Brands.

"Dave has been an amazing captain of our Dover, NH properties and I'm extremely proud of what he and Mike Pomo have accomplished over the years. Dave will continue in his role with 98.1 WTSN Dover, NH as well as 107.7 The Pulse WTPL-FM, Concord, NH," said Binnie Media VP/Programming Heath Cole.

"It's an honor to continue in a new role at WTSN, one of the oldest radio stations in the state with a long history of local programming and the personalities who have set the standard for broadcasting," said Andreesen. "And WTPL is a powerhouse of locally originating programming led by a group of exceptional broadcasters with decades of experience who give the community a voice. Binnie Media is proud to be the home of the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots in these two markets."

Andreesen prebiously was the clusters production director.

Leif Erickson

Binnie Media also has announced that Leif Erickson has been promoted from Assistant PD/Music Director of WFNK 107.5 FrankFM in Portland,and WBQX 106.9 Frank FM in rocklandRockland to Director of Programming and Operations for the company's FRANK Brands.

"We are incredibly excited to see Leif elevated within the Binnie Media family, his in-depth knowledge of our brands, and commitment over the years to our team will provide us continued-growth, and opportunity oversight for FRANK FM," said VP/Programming, Heath Cole.

"My predecessor, Stan Bennett, built a powerful brand and taught me a lot," said Erickson. "After 15 years of being his right-hand man, it's an honor to step up and take the reins. Frank FM has been my passion, and I'm excited to keep our winning streak going, aided of course by the best team in the Portland market."
