Knoxville Radio: Summit Media Promotes Randy Chase

SummitMedia has announced Randy Chase to the position of Senior Vice President of Programming. Chase joins the company leadership team to oversee all country music stations. He will report to Bill Tanner, Executive Vice President, Programming, and be based in Knoxville. In addition to his new senior leadership role, he will continue to program WWCYQ 100.3 The Wolf.

Chase's coporate role had been held by Beverlee Brannigan, exited last week.

Chase is a consumer-focused, results-driven media professional with more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience in the media industry. For the past seven years, he served as the Vice President of Radio, leading strategic direction for Educational Media Foundation. Prior to EMF, he led national country branding and programming for Cox Media Group.
