iHeartMedia’s success is built on its unmatched portfolio of talent and Banks will be responsible for discovering and recruiting new on-air talent as well as coaching, training and mentoring existing talent within the Central Division. Banks will work closely with Tony Coles, Executive Vice President of Programming for the Central Division, and Dennis Clark, Vice President of Talent Development for iHeartMedia, to continue to foster the best on-air talent in the industry..
