Conservative country star Hank Williams, Jr. is getting his
own radio show just in time to weigh in on the presidential elections. The
outspokenly gun-loving, liberal-hating singer is getting set to produce three
two-hour radio shows that are slated to air in the weeks before Election Day.
Titled ‘Loud and Rowdy,’ the radio specials will feature
news, politics, music, and Williams “speaking his mind,” a spokeswoman for the
singer tells the Washington Times. Williams is apparently offering the program
free to any station that wants to air it in an effort to get his message out to
voters prior to the upcoming presidential election, according to tasteofcountry.com.
There’s no word so far as to the actual content of the
shows, but it’s probably safe to assume Williams won’t be coming out in support
of President Obama, whom he has attacked repeatedly in interviews and onstage
at his concerts for his belief that the president is a secret Muslim who is
plotting against America.
