iHeartMedia announced today that Reid Spivey has been named Program Director for KNIX/Phoenix.
Reid will be responsible for branding, oversight, and day to day operations of heritage Country KNIX. He will report to Mark Medina, Senior VP/Programming for iHeartMedia Phoenix.
Medina said, “Reid has demonstrated incredible leadership ability, a mastery of programming mechanics, and a true passion for the KNIX brand, he will be fantastic at the helm.”
Reid has been with iHeartMedia Phoenix for 10 years as an Assistant Program Director across multiple brands including KZZP, KMXP, and most recently KNIX for the past 7 years. Prior to Phoenix Reid worked at iHeartMedia’s WAEV/Savannah and WHQC/Charlotte, as well as WABB/Mobile, and his career started at WDCG/Raliegh.
