Woman Alleges Country Artist Jimmie Allen Sexually Abused Her

Jimmie Allen

Jimmie Allen is being sued for sexual abuse and assault by his former manager, reports Page Six at the NY Post.

A woman — who listed herself as “Jane Doe” in the suit filed Thursday in Tennessee — alleges that the singer “raped her and repeatedly subjected her to sexual abuse and harassment over a period of 18 months” while she was employed by his management company.

In the documents the woman details that Allen, 37, allegedly raped her during a March 2021 work trip to Los Angeles while he was a guest judge on “American Idol.”

Jane Doe claims that, during a work dinner with Allen and other industry execs, she “drank a couple of glasses of white wine” and immediately blacked out. The woman claims she “lost consciousness and awoke naked in her hotel room several hours later” with Allen allegedly next to her, urging her to “take Plan B as soon as possible.”

She claims she “was bleeding vaginally” and “realized she had lost her virginity through no choice of her own.”

In the court docs, the woman alleges the singer “raped her in private while choking her” and “videotaped multiple sexual encounters in order to blackmail her to stay silent.”

She further claimed to Variety — who was first to report the news — that he “forced his fingers into her vagina while she tried to yank his hand away” moments after they left the “Ellen DeGeneres” show in May 2021 and got into a car.

Allen denied all of his former manager’s allegations in a statement to Page Six, claiming the pair had a two year-long consensual relationship.
