Morning Show Hosts First-Ever KiddNation Virtural Career Fair

The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, the most listened-to contemporary morning radio show in America, hosted the first-ever KiddNation Virtual Career Day on May 1st.

The long-running nationally syndicated morning show made its cast and crew available to students and teachers in classrooms across the country, to talk to kids about what they do and to take questions from them about what it takes to run a radio show.

Students and teachers were able to email, text and call in to ask their questions directly to The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show’s Kellie, J-Si, Big Al and Jenna. The show’s production, marketing, video, social media, IT/engineering professionals and YEA Networks' CEO George Laughlin were all on hand to take questions from students across the country.

Kids and classes that weren’t able to participate live are able to view the video of the KiddNation Virtual Career Day program posted at: https://www.kiddnation.com/career/.

J Si, On-Air Personality, The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, said: “I wish we had something like this when I was in school. The number one request we get is to speak at schools for Career Day.

Unfortunately, our schedules or distance can get in the way. This is the best way to eliminate those obstacles and help kids learn that radio has many positions to fit different personalities. In addition to DJ’s, our show relies on professionals in engineering, sales, marketing, and production... even social media for the Instagram lovers. The KiddNation Virtual Career Fair will help students realize that there are many paths to take in the realm of entertainment.”

The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show, the most listened-to contemporary morning show in America, is syndicated by YEA Networks, and heard on more than 65 Top 40 and Hot AC radio stations across the country, as well as the American Forces Radio Network, weekdays from 5am-10am CST.
