How Will the Web Look Without Net Neutrality?

The Net Neutrality rules require internet providers to let consumers access anything they want online, and prevents them from speeding down some websites while favoring others.

The U.S. has had some form of net neutrality oversight since 2005.

Now the Federal Communications Commission has voted to repeal net neutrality. So what will the world look like without it? In the video above, The Wall Street Journal's Ryan Knutson travels into the future to demonstrate a few possible outcomes.
