Albany NY Radio: Jeff Wolf New PD At WGY, WOFX

iHeartMedia/Albany, NY, has appointed Jeff Wolf as the new Program Director/News Director for News/Talk simulcast WGY 810 AM / 103.1 FM and Fox Sports WOFX 980 FM.

He'll also oversee the News Hub, providing news for nine markets in the northeast.

Wolf joins the cluster from iHM's WFLA 100.7 FM and 94.3 My FM/Tallahassee, FL, where he spent the last two years as Program Director. He previously worked for Border Media Partners in Austin as a News/Talk and Classic Hits PD and OM for WINK-FM, WNOG-FM and WFSX-FM/Fort Myers.

Wolf assumes a chair that was most recently occupied by Josh Everett, who left the stations last month to become Program Director for iHM's KHOW and KKZN in Denver
