Programmer Brian Thomas Jumps to Cumulus Media

Cumulus Media has announced that Brian Thomas joins the company as Corporate Program Director and as Program Director of NASH FM New York. Thomas comes to Cumulus from CBS, where he was most recently National Vice President of Classic Hits programming, Program Director of Country-formatted WQYK 99.5 FM and Classic Hits WRBQ 104.7 FM Q105, and Vice President of Programming in Tampa.

In his new position as Corporate Program Director at Cumulus, Thomas will focus on several formats, including Classic Hits. He will be based in New York City. This is a return to New York for Brian, as prior to his move to Tampa he programmed WCBS-FM, JACK-FM and WWFS/FRESH into the top 10 in New York City.
