Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. has extended the application deadline for the 3rd Annual “Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Country Radio” Mentorship Program, presented with Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB). Due to strong interest, applications will now be accepted through April 30, 2026.
The year‑long program selects one mentee to receive personalized mentorship from senior leaders across the country radio sector, strategic introductions, and professional development aimed at strengthening leadership pathways in the format. The mentee will also attend the 2027 Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville.
Eligibility is limited to one woman employed full‑time at a U.S. country radio station with at least five years of industry experience. Applications are open through April 30, 2026.
