Veteran radio executive Susan Larkin has been appointed President and CEO of RCS Worldwide, a major provider of broadcast and media software owned by iHeartMedia.Larkin, who most recently served as chief operating officer at Audacy, will now lead a company whose platforms—including Media Monitors, Mediabase, and Florical Systems—are widely used across the global radio industry.
In her new role, she is expected to focus on expanding cloud-based tools, improving data and analytics capabilities, and helping broadcasters modernize operations through shared measurement systems and technology-driven workflows.
The move marks a shift for Larkin from overseeing day-to-day radio station operations to shaping the technology infrastructure that supports programming, music tracking, and audience insights across the industry.
