Chicago Radio: Gamut Launches “Off the Ivy: A Chicago Cubs Podcast”

Gamut, Hubbard Radio’s podcast network, has announced the debut of Off the Ivy: A Chicago Cubs Podcast, a new daily show covering the Chicago Cubs. The podcast launches Wednesday, March 25, just ahead of Opening Day, and will be available on YouTube and all major podcast platforms.

The show, hosted by Dan Bernstein, Matt Abbatacola, and Cody Delmendo, will provide daily analysis and reactions that go beyond game recaps, focusing on team identity, culture, and postseason outlook.

Off the Ivy joins Gamut’s expanding 312 Sports network, a Chicago-centric lineup that includes Dan Bernstein Unfiltered, Forward Progress: A Chicago Bears Podcast, and Organizations Win Championships, centered on the Chicago Bulls. The addition strengthens the network’s goal of delivering year-round coverage for Chicago sports fans.

“This isn’t just another recap show,” said John Goforth, Head of Gamut Podcast Network. “Off the Ivy is about what it all means—what a win says, what a loss exposes, and where this team is actually headed.”

Keith Lawless, Market President of Hubbard Chicago, emphasized the broader strategy: “With Off the Ivy, we’re continuing to invest in premium, locally relevant content that reflects the voice of our fans while expanding the reach of the 312 Sports network.”

Bernstein added that the show aims to meet deeper fan expectations: “Cubs fans don’t just want highlights—they want answers… That’s the conversation we’re having every day.”

New episodes will be released every weekday across YouTube and major podcast platforms.
