Reporting directly to Matt Cutair, CEO of DAX US, and Guy Jones, Commercial Operations Director of DAX Worldwide, Hollander assumes responsibility for the business’ US and CA sales development and brand recognition strategy.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Les is tasked with enhancing DAX’s programmatic buying channels and podcast publisher offering, as well as educating the buying community to further develop and expand DAX in the region.
He has over 25 years of expertise in digital audio advertising. He joins DAX from Spotify, where he was responsible for building the organisation’s digital audio monetisation business through direct, programmatic and automated channels, in the role of Head of Global Audio Monetization.
The appointment follows rapid growth for DAX’s US and CA roster of music streaming, radio and podcast brands.
