In her new leadership role, Little will work closely with key advertising and marketing partners to create and deliver unique, effective opportunities to reach their consumers through iHeartMedia Phoenix's unmatched assets, including on-air, online, social media promotions, personality endorsements and live event integrations. And the tools that will be available through iHeartMedia's new programmatic, real-time automated ad buying platform will enable the iHeartMedia Phoenix's sales team to provide unique benefits to their advertisers by offering more efficiency, superior effectiveness and a higher return on investment.
Throughout Little's nearly 20 year career, she has built high performing teams that drive revenue. She has been with iHeartMedia for the past 15 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales. She also previously served as General Sales Manager for KESZ and KNIX as well as an Integrated Media Business Development Manager. Little will report to Hartley Adkins, Executive Vice President of Operations for iHeartMedia.
